Angie Biehl

Music Together / Percussion

Angie Biehl, MM, MT-BC carries a Bachelor’s degree in music education, a Master’s degree in percussion performance, and a Master’s degree in music therapy. She has performed as a percussionist with bands and orchestras all over the country, and has traveled extensively as a musician across the globe.  Throughout her schooling, training, and career she has lived and worked in Montana (her home state), New Mexico, Michigan, Indiana, and California. As a music therapist, Angie has experience providing music therapy in hospice, memory care, acute psychiatric care and general mental health, early childhood, the hospital setting, neonatal intensive care (NICU), for people with autism, sensory processing disorders, and other cognitive and physical disabilities.  As a music educator, she has experience teaching percussion, piano, guitar, ukulele, and voice to individuals of all ages, as well as teaching groups and ensembles.  She is a true generalist who loves adapting, designing, and facilitating personalized music-making experiences for all kinds of different people to help her clients and students meet their wellness and music goals. Besides teaching Music Together with Crescendo Academy of Music and the Marvelous Music program, Angie also works as a music therapist with Fiddlehead Music Therapy and Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
