Kelsey Adriance, M. M., MT-BC is a board certified music therapist who holds both a Bachelor of Music and Master of Music in Music Therapy from Western Michigan University. She is currently pursuing a second masters in marriage, couples, and family counseling at WMU.
The majority of Kelsey’s career as a music therapist has been working in hospice and dementia care. She believes strongly that music has a unique way to help people achieve health and well-being in their lives no matter their age. She is thrilled to join the Marvelous Music team as a teacher specialist for Music Together classes in early childhood education classrooms. She is also co-leading the Community Voices choir here at Crescendo. When she is not making music with Marvelous Music you can usually find her out running on a trail or at one of the many great restaurants in Kalamazoo eating good food with family and friends. She is married to her husband and best friend, Keegan. Together they love to travel and do all things outdoors, usually joined by their fur-baby a coonhound named Newman.
