
Ann Armbruster
Ann Armbruster, MT-BC, is a music therapist, educator, and cellist passionate about the transformative power of music. She serves individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through her work with Crescendo Academy of Music and The Gilmore.
Ann brings over a decade of experience to her practice, having previously taught elementary general music in southwest Michigan public schools for 12 years. She has a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Alma College and a Master of Music in Music Therapy fromĀ Western Michigan University. Outside her clinical work, Ann performs with the Kalamazoo Philharmonia and Octocelli, and previously served on the Board of the West Michigan Orff Chapter supporting regional teacher development.
