Cindy Cross

Cindy Cross is a music therapist, educator,  and arts leader with more than 30 years of experience using music to enrich lives and strengthen communities. She holds a Master of Music degree from Western Michigan University and has dedicated her career to fostering creativity, learning, and personal growth through the arts.

Over the course of her career, Cindy has worked in music therapy, special education, and arts administration, including ten years with the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra. Her work has focused on developing meaningful programs, building community partnerships, and expanding opportunities for individuals of all ages and abilities to engage with music and the arts.

A lifelong advocate for music education and artistic excellence, Cindy believes music has the power to inspire, connect, and transform lives. Cindy believes music has the power to inspire, connect, and transform. When she is not making music in preschool, she is leading choir, composing, and finding new ways to have fun everyday.
